Age 52, lifelong Erie resident, a daughter of Lewis "Bill" Knuth and Helen Tarasovitch Knuth of Erie.
She had done a lot of volunteer work for many years at a number of places in Erie including the Lutheran Home. She enjoyed journaling and had written and published several books. She was a 1970 graduate of Academy High School and attended Edinboro University.
She was preceded in death by a brother Robert C. Knuth on July 22, 2004.
In addition to her parents, survivors include two sons, Donald Lots, Jr. of Maryland and David Lotz of Pennsylvania; a sister, Cora James and her husband Richard of Acworth, Ga. And nephew, Jeffrey James.
Burial will be in St. Nicholas Cemetery.
