Denise Catherine Trembly, 18, of East Palatka, died Sunday, November 30, 2003 at Shands Hospital, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of Jacksonville, as a result from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born in Gainesville and had been a resident of Palatka for her entire life. She was a recent graduate from Palatka High School and was attending Ultrasound Diagnostic Institute in Jacksonville pursuing a career in ultrasound technology. She was also a member of the Francis Baptist Church and had been very active in both the church and the Faith Program. She had many friends and was loved by all that came to know her.
She is survived by her parents, Roy and Cynthia Trembly, East Palatka; brother, George Joseph (Nicole) Trembly, Palatka; paternal grandmother, Gladys Trembly, Palatka; boyfriend, Christopher R. Thomas, Palatka; uncles, Kyle (Kelli) Stecher, Palatka; Fredrick Trembly, Cincinnati, Ohio; Richard Trembly, Palatka; Donald (Debbie) Trembly, Vevay, Ind.; Allen (Mary Ann) Trembly, Georgetown; George (Cindy) Trembly, Homosassa Springs; and Ralph Trembly, Palatka; aunts, Gladys Holtz, Palatka and Judy Darnell, Venice Beach; and two nephews, numerous cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Dec. 6 at Francis Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Williams officiating.
