Mrs. Nell Rose Stringer passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at the age of 88. She was born on June 2, 1921 to the late Carl Miller and Ethel Williams Miller. Mrs Stringer was a member of the Winnsboro Church of Christ, where she taught sunday school and co-owner of the Stringer's Dry Goods in Winnsboro. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jerry Stringer; great grandson, Samuel Stringer; two brothers and three sisters. Survivors include her husband of 71 years, Mr. Edwin Stringer of Winnsboro; son and daughter-in-law, Carlton and Gloria Stringer of Winnsboro; two grandchildren, Kyle Stringer and Kali Wallis; five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
