Composer. Born in Uruguay, he arrived in Argentina towards the end of the 19th Century. Among his works, he composed the "Marcha de San Lorenzo" the official march of the Argentine Army (1901.) He also composed "Palo al Agua," "Curupaytí," "18 de Julio" and others.
