Alton Owens lifetime farmer of Hendricks County, died Saturday in the Hendricks County Hospital where he had been a patient for six days.
A native of Hendricks County, he was born Sept. 22, 1906, the son of the late William R. and Lulu Burris Owens.
Funeral services were Tuesday morning fro the Hall-Baker Funeral Home Plainfield, with the Rev. Paul Hopwood officiating. Burial was in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Cartersburg.
Survivors include two children
