Larry was born in Wayne County, North Carolina to Berlon and Hazel Pennell. He worked as a carpenter. He couldn't dance in the last half of his life on this earth, but because he put his trust in Jesus to save him from the consequences of sin, and made Jesus the Lord of his life, Larry is now dancing with Jesus, today and for eternity!
