Born in Syracuse, she retired from Aetna Insurance, Syracuse.
She and her husband formerly owned the Parkway Tavern, Liverpool. She worked in food service with the North Syracuse school system.
She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, Cicero.
Her husband, Raymond, died in 1951.
Survivors: A daughter, Shirley Kent of Baldwinsville; two grandsons.
Services: 8:45 a.m. Thursday at Maurer Funeral Home and 9:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, Cicero. Burial, Assumption Cemetery
