She was born in Auglaize County, Ohio, and had lived in Putnam County for the past 47 years, coming from Rushsylvania, Ohio. A retired secretary, she was formerly employed in the County Agriculture Agent's office and the St. Johns River Junior College. She was a Christian.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, John Frank Huber Sr. of Palatka; son, John Huber of Palatka; daughters, Patricia Williams of Palatka and Peggy Mangum of St. Augustine; sisters, Gertie Dunmire, Edith Freeman and Bertha Heath, all of Columbus, Ohio; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Masters Funeral Home in Palatka, with the Rev. Sandy Colley officiating. Burial will be in Palatka Memorial Gardens. (Palatka Daily News Obituary dtd 10 Jan 1994.)
