Roger John Lohr, 59, of Marietta died February 12, 2013. Funeral Services were held at Mayes Ward Dobbins Funeral Home Chapel in Marietta with Rev. Dean Hunter and Rev. Posey Starkey officiating. Burial followed at Mountain View Park Cemetery in Marietta.
Mr. Lohr, a native of Copiague, New York, was retired from the State of Georgia Department of Driver Services.
Survivors include his wife Deborah Douglas Lohr, of Marietta; daughter Denise Mize of Marietta; and son Adam D. Lohr of Marietta. He is also survived by his mother Doris Lohr of Marietta; sister Diane Salveson and her husband Bob of Acworth; brothers Brian Lohr of Marietta and Dennis Lohr and his wife Debi of Madeira Beach, FL; and several nieces, nephews and three grandchildren. Mr. Lohr is predeceased by his father John Lohr in 2006.
