Marilyn Patricia Rafferty, 77, passed away February 8, 2013 at her home in Dallas, TX. Born May 9, 1935 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Patrick and Margaret Maloney.

Survived by Joseph, her beloved husband of 54 years. Devoted and loving mother of Gerard Rafferty of Red Bank, NJ, and his wife Eileen; Stephen Rafferty of Scituate, MA, and his wife Lisa; Mariclare Rafferty of Owings Mills, MD; Patricia Rafferty of Tinton Falls, NJ; and Kathleen Keimig of Houston, TX, and her husband Michael. Proud and loving grandmother to Shawn, Patrick, Shannon, Megan, Molly and Conor Rafferty, and Evan, Brennan and Allison Keimig. Loving sister to Robert Maloney of Fayetteville, PA, and his wife Jeanne; and John Maloney of New Milford, CT, and his wife Eileen.

In the 1980's Marilyn served as Deputy Borough Clerk for the municipality of Fair Haven, NJ where she was a resident for 24 years. She was a 22 year volunteer for Meals on Wheels in Dallas, TX and a founding member of North Dallas Encore.

Visitation will be at the Ted Dickey West Funeral Home, 8011 Frankford Road, Dallas, TX. Funeral Mass at at All Saints Catholic Church, 5231 Meadowcreek Drive, Dallas, TX. A Memorial Mass will be held in Fair Haven, NJ for east coast family and friends at a later date.
