Lee Edward Thompson, age 72, husband of Leoma (Parsley) Thompson of Langnau Road London, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, February 06, 2013 at his residence. He was the father of Lee Edward Thompson, Jr., of Bourbonnais, Illinois. The brother of Joe Thompson, Gary Thompson both of Missouri, Wayne Thompson, of Alabama, Edna Everly, June Hunter, Jeannie Chambers, and Gwen Dye all of Haleyville, Alabama. Funeral services for Lee Edward Thompson will be conducted Friday, February 08, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Phillip Proffitt officiating. Burial will follow in McKnight Cemetery. The family of Lee Edward Thompson will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour of 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 08, 2013.
