Jennifer Nicole Clark was born on March 15, 1978, & at the age of 34 she passed away on Wednesday August 8, 2012 at her residence.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church & was a LPN at NHC Healthcare Center in Smithville.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers Max Cantrell & Chester D Parsley.
She is survived by her husband William Alan Clark of Smithville; 3 daughters Dakota Lashay & her husband Brady McGee, Leah Payton Clark & Morgan Shayayne Clark all of Smithville; 1 grandchild Lyren Clark of Smithville; parents Ricky Dwayne & Maria Parsley, Tammy & Ronnie Mollinet; 1 sister Kristy Lynn & her husband Chris Williams of Smithville; 2 step-sisters Melisa Ann & her husband Kevin Luttrell of Woodbury, Brandi & her husband Travis Johnson of Smithville; half-brother Chad Morgan Parsley of Dallas TX; step-brother Ryan & his wife Laci Mollinet of Smithville; maternal grandmother Imogean Cantrell of Smithville; & paternal grandmother Grace Parsley of Smithville.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday August 11, 2012 at 1:00pm at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro B J Thomason officiating.
Burial will follow in DeKalb Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be on Friday from 4:00pm until 9:00pm & on Saturday from 10:00am until time of the service at 1:00pm at the funeral home.
