John Michael Spratford, 11/22/58-1/25/13. Passed away at his home on Friday, January 25th.
John is survived by his beloved daughter Hillary, and Hillary's mother Sheila Foley Spratford. John is also survived by his parents John & Janet Spratford of Juno Beach, FL, and his two siblings Glenn Spratford of Spring Lake, NJ and Kelly Spratford of Temecula, CA. He is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews, and loving cousins.
John was a chief lineman for JCP&L. He worked for JCP&L for 29 years, John considered his coworkers his second family and developed many lifelong friendships. John graduated from Wall High School in 1977. John was loved by many, his lighthearted smile, and sense of humor brought a smile to everyone's face.
Visitation for John will be held at Silverton Memorial Funeral Home, 2482 Church Road, Toms River, NJ. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River, NJ.
