He previously owned and operated Mike's Giant Subs in Somerset and Panache Caterers for 20 years. He served as past president and state delegate to Franklin Township's PBA #154 and received a Gold Life membership. He was also affiliated with Somerset County's PBA #307, as a Silver
member, New Brunswick's Elks Club, Sons of the American Legion Squad #0025 and Sportsman Rod and Gun Club, both in Milltown. He was an exceptional man who touched the lives of many. He mostly enjoyed spending quality time with his loving family. He was always a chef at heart and was an avid fisherman. He was a communicant of Our of Lady of Peace RC Church in North Brunswick.
He was predeceased by his loving parents James and Mary Giannotto Racz of New Brunswick. Surviving are his loving wife of 25 years, Susan Voorhees Racz, daughter Taylor Racz of Alexandria, Va., son, Hunter Racz of Monroe, daughter and son-in-law, Brooke and Steven Kreiger of Milltown, son Troy and daughter-in-law, Gabrielle Powell of Ewing, grandchildren Harrison and Kendall Krieger and brother, James Racz of North Carolina.
Funeral services will be held at the Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Peace Church, North Brunswick, NJ. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick, NJ.
