Patrick Henry Collins, a resident of Berryville, Arkansas, was born December 10, 1963 in Harrison, Arkansas, a son of Harold and Maxine (Webb) Collins. He departed this life Monday, December 24, 2012 in Berryville, AR at the age of 49.
Pat worked in construction and farming and co-owned the Down Home Family Diner in Green Forest. He attended and was a member of the Rule United Baptist Church. He was a member of the Carroll County Country Club. Pat graduated from Green Forest High School in 1982. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Friday, December 28, 2012 at the Nelson's Green Forest Chapel. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, December 29, 2012 at the Nelson's Green Forest Chapel with Brother Jerry Spurlock and Chad Wilson officiating.
