Mrs. Mildred Ozel Caldwell, age 75, of Menlo, GA, died December 27, 2012 at her residence.
Mrs. Caldwell was born August 19, 1938 in Fort Payne, AL, daughter of the late Mary Eunice and Fred Burrage. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church and prior to retirement, she worked as nurse at Paulding Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Caldwell was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Sonny" Caldwell.
Mrs. Caldwell is survived by a daughter, Phyllis Carol Caldwell Bond; one grandchild, Jason A. Bond, Sr.; and great-grandchilden, Jason A. Bond, Jr., Tymeria Bond, and Terrell Stokes.
Funeral services for Mrs. Caldwell will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, December 30, 2012 from the Chapel of the Mason Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Green officiating. Burial will follow in AMI Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Michael Burrage, Andy Burrage, Roger Burrage, Jason A. Bond, SR. Mrs. Caldwell will be in state at the Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Saturday evening.
