She was a native of Pierce County but had lived most of her life in the Bickley Community. She was preceded in death by her husband, C.P. (Perdie) Lee and her parents, Joseph Walker and Nora Odum Walker.
She was a homemaker, worked on the farm and at Lee Feed and Seed with her husband. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church for many years and was the choir director for 25 years.
Survivors include three sons, Joe Lee (wife Shirley) and Darowyn Lee (wife Deborah) both of the Bickley Community, Russell Lee (wife Lanier) of Waresboro; a step daughter, Patricia Jordan (husband Lewis) of the Bickley Community, nine grandchildren, thirteen grandchildren, and numerous other relatives including one special niece, Margie Summers of Jacksonville, FL.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday (December 31, 2012) at Liberty Baptist Church. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the Liberty Baptist Church Sunday night from 6 until 8.
