She was born in Elliott County, Kentucky on June 4, 1947 the daughter of William and Agnes (Johnson) Cline and moved to Niles in 1948.
Ruth Ann was a graduate of Niles McKinley High School. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and traveling. She attended the Apostolic Pentecostal Church on DeForest Road in Warren.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Green whom she married on July 13, 1968; two sons, Jeffrey Green of Warren, Steven Green of Niles; brother, Thomas (Sandy) Cline of Mineral Ridge and sister, Evelyn (William) Bouts of Niles.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Georgia Carpenter, Pauline Humphrey and Alice Faye Campbell.
Burial will be in Kerr Cemetery.
