Our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, Patricia Keddington, 88, passed away on January 7, 2005 in Orem, Utah.
She was born on January 16, 1916 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Earl Wilford Nilsson and Anna Jane McKendrick. She was later adopted by John Edward McKendrick and Ellen (Nell) Smith McKendrick after the death of her mother, Anna.
She attended East High School and the University of Utah, where she was a class secretary. She graduated from the University of Utah in Homemaking Arts. She worked for KSL/Bonneville Corp. for many years.
She married A. Burt Keddington in the Salt Lake Temple on October 4, 1940. His parents were Alvin Keddington and Edith Burt Keddington.
She was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Survived by her three children, Michael B. Keddington, Kristine Latham, and Karyn Grimshaw, 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005 at 12 noon at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary where friends may call from 10:45 to 11:45. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
