BILOXI --- Albert Lee "A.L." Moody Jr., 61, a resident of San Antonio, Texas, and Biloxi, died Monday, March 24, 2003, in San Antonio. Mr. Moody was a native of Biloxi.
Mr. Moody was preceded in death by his father, Albert Lee Moody Sr.; his mother, Sarah Wright Moody; and two brothers, Lamont Moody and Cordell Moody.
He is survived by his daughter, Darlene Marie Fountain and her husband, Troy, of Biloxi; three sons, Joel Lynn Moody Sr. and his wife, Sandra, of Ocean Springs; Archie Lee Moody of Baton Rouge, La., and Dean Lewis Moody and his wife, Katherine, of Ocean Springs; three sisters, Gwendora Campbell of Belleville, Kan., Merita Nelson and Delores Bandon, both of Mobile, Ala.; one brother, Bert Lee Moody of Mobile, Ala.; and seven grandchildren, Joel Lynn Moody Jr., Nicholas Wayne Moody, Courtney Marie Ladner, Breanna Dawn Fountain, Troy (T.J.) Fountain Jr., Alexis D'Lyn Moody and Avery Dean Moody.
Private services will be held at Southern Memorial Park and Mausoleum in Biloxi at a later date.
Riemann Memorial Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Road in Biloxi, is in charge of arrangements.
