Lon Edward was married first to Ella Crigger in 1900. They had 2 sons based on their birthdates, which are different everywhere you look. Rubin (Rube) Neal Brownlow and Rufus Floyd Brownlow. Both born between 1900 and 1903??? Ella disappears about 1903 with no death record or burial info. Lon then marries Malissa Howell and has several more children. They moved to Athens, Texas area but came back to be buried on family land donated to the church for Stanley cemetery by his daughter Ann Brownlow Wuehr who is also buried there with her husband Bill Wuehr. Bill was an oil man in Texas before they came back to live on part of the family farms.
