MELISA ANN ROWE LESTER
Melissa Ann Rowe Lester, 37 years of age of Princeton, WV passed away Friday, July 23, 2004 at her residence. Born in Tazewell County, April 3, 1967, she was the daughter of Denny Rowe of Pounding Mill, VA and Ruby Argabright of Princeton, WV. She had attended SVCC and Valley College of Princeton, WV. She was of the Pentecostal Faith.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Noah and Virginia Argabright and her paternal grandparents, Everett and Gracie Rowe.
In addition to her parents, Denny Rowe of Pounding Mill, VA and Ruby Argabright of Princeton, WV, she is survived by two daughters, Tiffany Ann Lester of Princeton, WV and Destiny Faye Dempsey of the home. One sister: Rebecca Lynn Rowe Mullins of Grundy, VA; one brother, Everett Roy Rowe of Princeton, WV; one granddaughter, Kalie Skyy Lester.
She was also survived by her finance, Michael Pharee Dempsey of Princeton, WV and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Melissa Ann Rowe Lester will be conducted Tuesday, July 27, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jeffery Mullins, Rev Emory Emarchant and Rev. Jerry Welch officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenhills Memory Gardens, Claypool Hill, VA.
Active pallbearers will be: Cody Mullins, Randy Davis, Timothy Lester, Randy Hagerman, Chad Mullins and Steven Keene.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Everett Roy Rowe, Jerome Mullins and Michael Dempsey.
Friends may call at the Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. Monday. Evening service will be held at 7:00 p.m.
