In Kameschkowo, östlich von Moskau nahe Wladimir, wurden die Toten des hier befindlichen Kriegsgefangenenlager und Lazarett ursprünglich in Sammelgräbern bestattet, ab 1947 in Einzelgräbern.
Auch Grabkreuze waren vorhanden. Der Friedhof war als solcher durch Grabhügel gekennzeichnet.
In 1995 wurde der Kriegsgefangenenfriedhof
in Kameschkowo wiederhergestellt.
Hier ruhen 1.611 Kriegsgefangene auf ca. 9.980 Quadratmetern einer Waldlichtung am nördlichen Randbereich der Ortschaft Kameschkowo.
2007 wurde die Friedhofsanlage an der vorderen Seite eingezäunt. Granitstelen am Eingang des Friedhofes und am Hochkreuz vermitteln Informationen über die Anlage und aller Friedhöfe, die sich im Gebiet Wladimir befinden. Symbolkreuzgruppen aus Granit vervollständigen das Bild.
