L'Hôpital-Général de Québec est un centre d'hébergement et ancien hôpital situé dans la municipalité monastique de Notre-Dame-des-Anges, enclavée dans l'arrondissement de La Cité-Limoilou de la ville de Québec. Il a été classé site historique en 1977. Un site archéologique inscrit à l'Inventaire des sites archéologiques du Québec est associé au lieu.
L'hôpital est fondé en 1692 par Monseigneur de Saint-Vallier, évêque de Québec. Pour ce faire, il acquiert des terres appartenant aux Récollets sur les rives de la rivière Saint-Charles. Son objectif est alors de venir en aide aux pauvres et aux personnes âgées. Quatre Augustines de l'Hôtel-Dieu de Québec arrivent en 1693 pour prodiguer des soins. En 1698, l'évêque laisse l'administration de l'hôpital à la Congrégation. En de 1701, l'hôpital devient un monastère indépendant.
L'Hôpital-Général est maintenant un centre d'hébergement de personnes âgées et souffrant de déficits cognitifs, connu sous le nom Centre d'hébergement Hôpital Général de Québec.

The Hôpital-Général de Québec is a shelter and former hospital located in the monastic municipality of Notre-Dame-des-Anges, located in the borough of La Cité-Limoilou in Québec. It was classified as a historic site in 1977. An archaeological site listed on the Inventory of Québec Archaeological Sites is associated with the site.
The hospital was founded in 1692 by Monseigneur de Saint-Vallier, bishop of Québec. To do this, he acquired land belonging to the Récollets on the banks of the Rivière Saint-Charles. Its goal is to help the poor and the elderly. Four Augustines of the Hôtel-Dieu de Québec arrived in 1693 to provide care. In 1698, the bishop left the administration of the hospital to the Congregation. In 1701, the hospital became an independent monastery.
The Hôpital-Général is now a nursing home for the elderly and suffering from cognitive deficits, known as the Centre d'hébergement Hôpital Général de Québec.
